The “Sound of Music Reunion” took place on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” first time since the release of the movie 45-years ago.

Stunning!
I am excited to share my new collection of night sky, startrail timelapses. These trails were created by blending hundreds of long exposure images for each individual timelapse. The intro sequences are a blend of startrail timelapses mixed with regular night sky timelapses to create a singular shooting star effect. This was a super fun passion project to work on over the years, I have a few more time-blended videos to share in the near future!
So true! There are so many exceptions to the rules, and words are adopted from different European languages.

Someone’s on the prowl, trying to take us down
But we ain’t giving up now
A liar and a thief, coming after you and me
But we ain’t giving up now
The harder the wind will blow, the deeper our roots will go,
And the devil’s gonna hang, oh the devil is gonna hang,
The devil is gonna hang from his own gallows
Though the waters try to drown, and the flames they surround oh
We ain’t giving up now
Even though we may tread through the valley of death oh
We ain’t giving up now
If you’re stumbling in the dark, run your hands against the walls
Find every window, every door, throw them open, throw them open
In will flood a blinding light, and it will chase away the night
Even if you shield your eyes, let it pour in, let it pour in

Historian James Perloff says he hasn’t done many podcast appearances or blogging lately because “I’m working on a book on 9/11, and I’m finding the only way to get this book done is that you almost have to become a hermit.” – 0:55 of hour 2
Not quite what I expected.
I’ve been pushing this since the mid-’80s. GREAT source of SELENIUM (skin elasticity, detox, etc.) and many other key nutrients.
The king is KAL *Imported* Nutritional Yeast; though, it’s more expensive, and the deep yellow colored (fortified) ones work too.
Coconut cream seems to also be high in selenium.
Best 6-minute summary I’ve ever seen. George nails it!

SHOULD WE FORGIVE IF THEY DON’T REPENT?
Some Christians say that if a brother does not repent, if they don’t come back to say they are sorry, we should not forgive them. They use the passage when Jesus said “Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.” (Matthew 18:15)
Dear brothers and sisters, a true Christian is a dead man to the world. They don’t keep record of wrong, they don’t care about their pride and their ego. They don’t care about being treated unjustly because they are dead to this world.
The passage that speaks about confronting our brother who sins against us in Matthew 18 is about a fellowship setting. If we are in fellowship together as brothers and sisters, we need to brings everything out into the open. We need to rebuke, correct each other but IN LOVE. This is because we need to stay in one accord and to walk together, we need to agree together.
However that doesn’t mean that we should not forgive anyone who has wronged us even if they don’t repent, not only Christians but also unbelievers.
When Jesus was on the cross, He said: FORGIVE THEM because they know not what they do. The people who crucified Him did not repent prior to Jesus saying that. The same with Stephen when he was being stoned, he said: “don’t lay this to their charge”.
There is no place for resentment in the heart of a Christian. We need to forgive everyone and for anything. We need to trust Jesus to deliver righteous judgment when we will stand before Him. He will repay, it is not up to us to repay.
May God bless you

Glorious, anointed, resting-in-God song from 1975 that I was blessed to experience as a young Christian! Christian music was awesome then, and will again be someday, when ‘ONE’ happens “that the world will know” (Jesus’ prayer in John 17)!
I was able to see Chuck a few years later, while attending the University of Minnesota — just him and a piano in the student union.

Abide (Paul Clark)
The more I go on with you Lord
I find that I cannot afford
To stay away from your side
It’s in the Vine I’ll Abide
Your words are truth and life to me
They cleanse and sanctify me
I know it’s power can’t be denied
It’s in the Vine I’ll Abide
A child of God I know I am
I’ve been washed in the precious blood of the Lamb
But I haven’t touched the hole in His side
But in the vine I’ll Abide
To bring forth fruit this is my aim
And give the glory to Your name
To do the same you must decide
If in the Vine you’ll Abide
Jesus is the Vine

Ear hairs are 72 times finer than regular hairs. They’re also like springs. When they snap from very loud sounds is when people lose their hearing.

The heart is more than a pump, containing brain-like cells. Many emotions and decisions come from the heart, not the brain. So NEVER get a heart transplant!
It’s pretty easy to tell which type I am. How about you?

Head-locators are categorized differently than heart-locators. Head-locators make decisions based on logic and facts whereas heart-locators make decisions based on their emotions. Do you think from your head or your heart?
I remember the cold ’81-82 winter well, working the planes outside at Anchorage International in a string of below -20°F nights. One night was -33°F. But the previous winter, my first in Alaska, had a melting spell, like ours yesterday, but longer.
Anchorage’s winter temps are much warmer than interior Alaska’s because of the ocean’s warming affect.
ANCHORAGE (KTUU) – 2019 will enter the books as the warmest year on record for Anchorage. The average temperature for the year is 42.5 degrees Fahrenheit. The previous “warmest year” was 2016 with an average temperature of 41.9F. In fact, the five warmest years for Anchorage have occurred in the past six years. The records for Anchorage go back to 1954. …
Anchorage had a record year overall, breaking the all-time record high on July 4 by hitting 90 degrees. The previous record had been 85 degrees set on June 14, 1969.
