The beginning and starting at 6:05 reminds me of what it’s like to be there!

It is a good idea, but cost-benefit isn’t there yet.
Robin Wong at 10:35, transcribed by myself:
“The content of photography itself has changed. Instead of the photographer taking a photograph of something else, they direct attention back to themselves. … Look at what all your friends are posting. It’s photographs of themselves, selfies, the vacation that they are taking, the food that they are eating, their pet cat….
Everything is about me, me, me, me, me. Photography has become a selfish, self-centric adventure. Photography is no longer about documentation, story telling, or about creating art. It’s all about shooting yourself, shooting your daily life, and trying to show the world how amazing your life is.
The use of a camera has become irrelevant. All you need is your smartphone.”
Kebu is Finnish, and uses only analog synths, described below. Amazing song!
Belugas are smart.
I’ve seen them a number of times here in Alaska. One time was very special, when a group surprised me by swimming very close to me as I was photographing on the shore of Turnagain Arm years ago.
Having seen and/or smelled the smoke of tires hitting the runway thousands of times while working at ANC, I often thought about a solution — not motorized wheels, as suggested in this video, but fins on the side of the wheels to get the wheels spinning.
This non-motorized solution is discussed in the comments. I post some of the most interesting comments beneath this video.

It took me awhile to come to understand these guys, but now that I have, I’m really enjoying this series, broadcast on the Outside TV channel currently.
Departures is an award-winning and inspiring 42 x 1 hour television travel series. From epic landscapes and unforgettable culture, to the often trying times that come with international travel, Departures chronicles the unforgettable friendships, personal successes and sometimes crushing disappointments that befall travellers Scott Wilson and Justin Lukach on their journey. Departures is as much about the journey as it is the destination.
Fascinating! I’ve watched many of the episodes, to now discover how they did it!
Scott Wilson, cohost of Departures and Steven Bray, producer talk to what looks like a film school class.
This series is airing on the Outside TV channel, and features Scott Wilson and Andre Dupuis from Departures. Some episodes are amazing!
Wonderful song and video, despite the low image quality! Imagine flying like an eagle!
Paul writes about the image quality in two comments:
This album and Natural States were both shot on 16mm film and transferred to 1″ videotape for editing. Those masters have disappeared into the void and would provide a better image than what I have posted here as I transferred them from laserdisc and preserved the quality the best I could.
4K Relaxation Channel’s most watched video gives our Creator the credit!
Footage from roads, trails, and looking up at the towering cliffs from within the Virgin River!
This guy is SERIOUS, for serious results!
