The south-facing garage windows were all pink —
first time I’ve seen that!
The thermometer reading 40 degrees,
water was standing on some of the ice,
reflecting these SUPER pinks!

Speaking of NEW YEAR, new year’s eve was something I didn’t expect with the fireworks ban lifted.
I thought there would be some fireworks, but wow! And I had to get up early for work. Amazingly, I was able to sleep through most of it; though, I was rethinking whether my libertarian view on this was such a good idea.
The citizens took their new liberty and really ran with it!
I still think it’s probably a good thing, but when it affects us directly like that….
Yeah, this sunrise was the best I had seen so far from this building. I don’t think I’ve seen one this pink.
