New Year’s Resolution?
I don’t do New Year’s resolutions, but this year I just so happened to now decide to seriously try this 20/4 intermittent fasting program for overall health and to lose weight — not to look like this guy. I’m not a body builder. There are better videos explaining this plan, but this just happened to be posted yesterday, and I like the 20/4 idea better than the 16/8.
The idea is to eat no calories for 20 hours every day, or on some days. I’m going to try it for every day for awhile.
2021 may be a humdinger that requires our everything to get ‘er done.
So I’m going to seriously try this for awhile. Lots to do this year to help get real Christianity happening, Jesus’ prayer in John 17 finally realized “that the world will know” — my passion since the ’80s.
